The Philoptochos will be cooking food for 50-60 people the 4th Tuesday of every month. The meals will include a main dish, a starch, a vegetable, bread, and a dessert. Cooking will be done by pre-arranged crews to be prepared either the Sunday before our required Tuesday, or that Tuesday afternoon. If the food is cooked on Sunday, then the food will need to be heated late Tuesday afternoon, in order to be delivered between 5:15-5:30 pm at the RMH. We will set the food on the counters, with the help of their volunteers, who will supervise the guests who are staying with them. We do not need to stay to help serve, or to clean up.
